What's wrong? Passenger side windshield needs to be replaced, (its flat, not curved). Engine air conditioning compressor pump is not installed and the evaporator units need to be leak tested. One fuel tank sender is stuck on full.
At just 21 feet, this RV can be parked legally almost anywhere, and goes on the ferry as a car.
