Monitoring Battery status

I have just received a #1113 analog meter from Ample Power. When I ordered it I said that I wanted to be able to monitor the state of my house batteries on my RV. That is, to tell when the battery bank is drawn down to the point that I need to recharge. I can't tell from the wiring diagram whether or not this meter will do that and if so how to hook it up. Can someone please advise.

That's a zero centered 200 Amp meter, generally used to indicate what the alternator is producing or the load drawing.

You need a meter that accurately measures Amp-hours in and out of the battery. I don't know of any product that does that.
