AMP reading when shunt output shorted

I have EMON-H1 for number of years and up until now operating fine. Now it has problem reading B1 Amps , it reeds 9.3 Amps and fluctuating + - a few amps when shunt leeds are under one bolt an it fluctuates independent on actual current draw. Is there anything I should try before sending it for repair.
If it needs to go for the repair what is the cost and return time.

Repair costs are $150-200 depending on the problem.

Do not remove the wires EMON wires from the external terminal blocks. Remove the wires from the boat side of the terminal block and label them for re-installation.
