Troubleshooting Manual?

Postby GeoK on Sun Oct 13, 2013 7:43 am

Good morning!
I'm on my way to "Spirit" to use the advice gathered from the forums to slueth out the issue with my "eliminator" which is not charging, error indicator flashing 3sec on 1 off = "Bat. Volts Disconnected".
Testing pin 1-2 voltage is at house bat voltage, pin 1-7 ditto (these two pins are connected)
Testing pin 2-1 voltage is at Starter bat voltage, pin 2-7 ditto (also jumped)
Thats all good?
Will try the loosening and tightening trick on the first and last screws...
Anything else to look at?

The troubleshooting manual for the "Eliminator" seems to be missing from the list in the support area, possible to get?

Thanks!

So....unscrewing and rescrewing has no effect. At this point I think I need the troubleshooting manual?

PS. Are you still repairing the eliminator?

No one seems to know if this manual ever existed, and if so, where it can be located.

So no troubleshooting manual....ok.

I'll test it in the same way as the Next Step and post my results.

You didn't answer my other question...do you still repair the "Eliminator"?

Appreciate your response!

We can repair Eliminators as long as the processor is working, which yours apparently is.
