Disconnecting Batmon-12

I recently bought a boat with a Batmon-12. Since I keep the boat on a mooring and have no access to shore power, the batteries continue to discharge due to the power requirements of the Batmon. I would like to disconnect it while the boat is not in use. Is there a specific protocol that I should follow or is it as simple as removing a fuse or disconnecting a wire? Also, when was production of the Batmon discontinued in favor of the Emon?

The BatMon draws about 0.01 Amps, so it probably isn't what kills you batteries - that's less than self-discharge.

Somewhere there should be a fuse that supplies 12V to power it.

The Emon was a made in the mid-90s along with the BatMon.
