v3 lights on constantly

our v3 was rewired by an so called´electrician´.Now we have rewired it correctly. but now have the green and red on constantly even ater the 5-8 seconds. It seems to charge ok. its only connected to the alternator and house batteries.We have not done the voltage checks yet. any comments?

It's likely that the status and error outputs were wired to ground and blew up the drivers.

Next question is where do we get it repaired and is there anywhere in Singapore/Asia?
Is it a repair or exchange deal?

The unit would have to come back here for repair.

Over the years we've noted that people who install their own gear have less initial failures than those installed by self-declared marine electricians. Maybe that has something to do with reading the manual first. Of course, the electricians who have installed several Ample systems are the best, so find them when you can.
