Isolator Eliminator with two battery bank.....

I have a twin engine boat with the alternators controlled by Smart Regulators (Port is using V2, Stdb is using V3). The boat has two battery banks, one that is charged by the port engine, the other by the starboard engine. The inverter/charger can be fed/charged by either bank. Isolator eliminators are on both banks to cross feed the other, primarily for the inverter's charger when on shore power. My question " is there a problem with having isolator eliminators on both banks, when the engines are running? will they conflict, or interfere with the operation of the smart regulators? or is this an acceptable installation?"

Thanks....

It won't do any harm.
