wiring in the new ns2 regulator

i am in the middle of replacing the old next step regulator with the new ns2 model regulator and there is one wire i am notshure of the location on the new reg.
the wire that was on the abs location on the old regulator which i beleve goes to a display at the nav station . on the new diagraham it there is no place marked and the extra pine locations are marked see aux wiring diagraham which did not come with my unit , please advise jim

That wire is not applicable to the NS2. Remove it or insulate it so it won't short to any other wires.
