What Ample product do I have?

The sailboat I purchased on 2001 had an Ample
shore power battery charger which was eventually replaced. I pulled it out
of my garage the other day to see if I could put it to use as a charger
for my car batteries. It appears to provide an output, but I have no idea
if it has an internal regulator or what amperage it will provide. I looked
for some kind of a product identification number but nothing is visible.

The charger is a black metal box with each side being approx six inches. It
has terminals for Ground and B1, B2, B3 as well as a terminal strip with
Red / Black / Blue / Yellow wires coming into it.

Can you tell me anything about this product? It was probably purchased in
the mid or late 90's.

Thanks, Andy

That doesn't sound like an Ample Power unit.

Can you post a picture?

You have an old charger made in the 1980s and someone piggy backed a regulator on top of it.

It's no long repairable, manuals are not available.
