Regulator error - "Bat. Volts disconnected"

My regulator shows Green LED 2 seconds on and 1 off. Red LED 3 seconds on and 1 off. The alternator is not charging.

The measurements on my regulator are as follows:

Did you make a typo in the T+ measurement? We'd expect the last two columns to be the same, around 3 V.

The unit can be repaired - about $175.00.

Thanks for the info. You have confirmed what I thought.... that the regulator needs to be repaired. I have a spare (which was repaired a few years ago by Ample Power) which I will install. Then I will mail the defective back to you guys. Are there any specific shipping instructions that I need to follow?

P.S. The voltage figures on the T+ are correct from my notes. I'll try to confirm later today with a new measurement before I swap the regulators.
