Bench Test

Hello - I have a SAR V3 Model 9B-12PREG-D, SN K06160005. The processor is labeled "Ver 2.6".

Before I install it on my boat, I'd like to put it on the bench and verify it's working. I am an electrical engineer with access to decent equipment and know how to trouble shoot.

Can you provide some info? "Connect 12 VDC here, GND here, and watch the (RYG) led blink like this..."

I figure if it wakes up, it's probably OK.

Hook up the power and ground as shown on the wiring diagram in the manual.
