It looks like it will need to be repaired.

Some products can be repaired, but that can only be determined after inspect and test. Inspection costs $75.00. Repair is billed at time and material. Time to repair is billed at $125.00 per hour.

I will remove it soon and ship it to you. I read in this section or somewhere else that I should leave the ENMON connected to the TB1-10 when shipped to you. I will do that. Thanks, Charlie

Not sure what happened, especially since I was getting voltage readings at the TB1. However before disconnecting it to send it in, I pulled the TB1-11 fuse and decided to check it one more time. I took it out into bright sunlight and very very closely inspected the very thin wire in that 3A fuse --- it had a very tiny discontinuity. I snapped in a new fuse -having days ago polished the fuse holder--- and WALLAH---digits popped up and my ENMON WORKS FINE. Thanks for the help.

That's a good lesson. Many issues are caused by faulty connections. Mechanical stuff is a lot less reliable than electronic circuits.
