Nothing heard from returned unit

We returned ou v3 unit for repair before chritmas, See topic vs lights on constantly..But have not had reply to several emails How do I get you to give us an answer or a little customer service? :evil:

Same problem! Customer service, feedback, support, does not appear to be as described on web site. Reading some responses to other peoples problems indicates a similar attitude - "read the manual", "it must be your fault", etc, etc, or replies that indicate the question was not properly read or just plain wrong replies. I have now been without a smart reg for 2 months and my batteries and I are not happy! :cry:
