two smart regulators sharing one parallel solenoid

Postby petedd on Tue Jul 06, 2010 4:37 pm

Is it okay for two smart regulators to drive the same parallel solenoid (without diodes to separate them)?

(By the way, I would search the forum, but the search function seems to be broken. Any search term returns an error message that the words are too common. Even "singinintherain" is too common...)

Thanks

The safe thing to do is use a couple of diodes.
