Interstate SRM 4D Deep Cycle Flooded setting

Postby BillC808 on Tue Sep 14, 2010 5:03 pm

What is the recommended SAR V3 Battery Type Setting for 3 - Interstate SRM 4D deep cycle flooded batteries?

Also, do I press the top of the dip in for ON?

Medium plate, liquid electrolyte.

Usually the switches have an 'On' engraved to show the ON position.

Thank you for the battery setting.

The dip switches are the "rocker" type. If the rocker is in the DOWN position on the side of the switch engraved with "ON", then is that dip switch set to ON?

Also, Interstate recommends against equalization for these batteries. Should I remove the P1 jumper?

Switch depressed on the ON side is on.

Equalization won't happen unless you activate it from the terminal block.
