Initilizaton
A subtle change has been made when power is applied to
the unit. Earlier units left the output for the generator
start/stop and the solar/Next Step Regulator control signal in
an indeterminate state with the understanding that the output state
would be changed when the rules for its behavior were exceeded.
Now, the output signals are put in the non-asserted, (negated), state when power is applied. The signal state may change immediately if its assertion setpoint is exceeded.
Reset menu choices have been added to permit resetting the Controller and Generator Signals to the negated state.
