Short Circuit Alarm
An alarm is now provided that indicates a discharge greater than
a programmed value. This alarm is useful to detect high rates
of discharge caused by an onboard short circuit.
The high current alarm is also useful as a `budget reminder'. When consumption is greater than the programmed `budget', the alarm sounds. Perhaps that light in the unoccupied area should be turned off ???
